Elanor Commercial Property Fund Appoints LDR Capital as Investment Manager

Elanor Commercial Property Fund (ASX: ECF) has announced that Evolution Trustees Limited, as the responsible entity, has received a termination notice from Elanor Asset Services Pty Ltd. This notice terminates the existing investment management agreement and the property management agreement, both dated 6 November 2019. The termination follows a change of responsible entity, and as stipulated in the agreement, Elanor is entitled to receive AU$ 8.5 million as compensation. In line with the update, LDR Capital Pty Ltd has been appointed as the new investment manager and property manager for the Fund, effective immediately. This change follows the stipulations in the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum dated 30 December 2025. Evolution Trustees will consult with the ASX in accordance with ASX Guidance Note 26 regarding the terms of LDR Capital's appointment.
