Recharge Completes Sunset Well Acquisition and Strengthens Funding for Exploration Growth
Recharge Metals Limited (ASX: REC) has reported the completion of its acquisition of the Sunset Well Gold Project, located in the prospective Leonora district of Western Australia, marking a key step in expanding its exploration portfolio. The Company has also strengthened its financial position through the completion of a AU$3.97 million placement to sophisticated and professional investors, alongside a AU$2.0 million rights issue which attracted strong shareholder support, including AU$1.8 million in oversubscriptions. The combined funding positions Recharge to accelerate exploration activities across Sunset Well and its broader project base. In addition, the Company has enhanced its Board and technical capability with the appointment of new directors and a technical advisor, supporting execution of its growth strategy. With funding secured and assets consolidated, Recharge is advancing toward systematic exploration and value creation across its Western Australian gold portfolio.
