Eureka Group Holdings Records Strong FY26 Growth as Rental Portfolio Scales
Eureka Group Holdings Limited (ASX: EGH) delivered a strong FY26 performance, supported by portfolio expansion and higher rental income. Revenue increased 24% year-on-year to AU$56.7 million, while underlying EBITDA climbed 29% to AU$21.7 million, surpassing the company’s guidance range. Underlying EPS improved 10% to 3.45 cents. However, statutory NPAT declined 17% to AU$16.7 million, primarily due to lower property valuation gains and certain non-recurring impacts.
Operationally, assets under management increased 29% to AU$500 million, while the portfolio expanded to more than 4,000 homes and sites. Seniors’ occupancy remained robust at 97%, with all-age long-term occupancy reaching 95%. Operating cash flow also strengthened 41% to AU$15.2 million.
Eureka maintained its FY26 dividend at 1.46 cents per share and expects underlying EPS of at least 3.9 cents in FY27, representing minimum growth of 13%.
