Global Lithium Resources Limited BOARD CHANGES

Global Lithium Resources Limited (ASX: GL1) announced the resignation of Mr. Geoff Jones as Non-Executive Chairman, effective immediately. The Board has appointed Mr. Ron Mitchell, the current Managing Director, to immediately succeed Mr. Jones as Executive Chairman. Mr. Mitchell has extensive executive and leadership experience, having held senior positions at Talison Lithium and Tianqi Lithium. He also served as the inaugural Chairman of the London Metal Exchange Lithium and Cobalt Committee for five years.

The Board has also appointed Dr. Dianmin Chen, the current Non-Executive Director, as Executive Director with immediate effect. Dr. Chen, a founding director of Global Lithium, is a seasoned mining engineer with over 35 years of experience in the mining and metals industry, holding technical, production, and management roles in Australia, China, and Canada. Dr. Chen will work closely with the Project Development and Executive teams to finalize the Manna Definitive Feasibility Study in 2024 and progress toward a Final Investment Decision in 2025.
