The Group pivoted to a co-investment model, reshaping its capital structure and enhancing returns with AU$34.1 billion in assets under management by year-end. Key milestones included modernising the GPT Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund, establishing an AU$964 million joint venture with Perron Group, and expanding stakes in major retail centres like Highpoint and Rouse Hill.
Despite macroeconomic volatility, GPT maintained high occupancy across all sectors and delivered 2024 FFO of 32.2 cents per security, meeting guidance. Sustainability remained central, with full carbon neutrality achieved across managed assets. The platform now manages AU$34.7 billion, including AU$22.6 billion in third-party capital. With strategic discipline, new executive appointments, and expanded management rights, GPT is poised for long-term value creation and capital growth across its diversified investment platform.
