Greenvale Energy Expands Douglas River Uranium Project in Pine Creek Region

Greenvale Energy Limited (ASX: GRV) has significantly expanded its Douglas River Uranium Project in the Pine Creek Region of the Northern Territory, increasing its land position to approximately 1,216 km². The expansion was achieved by securing two new Exploration Licence Applications (ELAs), ELA34114 and ELA34157, which are contiguous with the existing tenure.

This strategic growth solidifies Greenvale’s position in one of Australia’s most mineralogically diverse regions, home to several world-class uranium projects. The expanded area is geologically favorable for shallow, sandstone-hosted and unconformity-type uranium deposits, similar to the Thunderball Uranium Deposit located nearby. Greenvale's CEO, Alex Cheeseman, highlighted the low-cost nature of this expansion and its potential to unlock high-grade uranium deposits in a region rich with significant uranium resources. With ongoing exploration programs in both Northern Territory and Queensland, Greenvale is poised to further advance its uranium portfolio and create substantial value for its shareholders.
