HighCom Limited Reports H1 FY26 Revenue and EBITDA Loss, with Positive Outlook for H2
HighCom Limited (ASX: HCL) has provided an update on its first half (H1) FY26 trading performance, reporting revenue of AU$ 10.5 million to AU$ 11.0 million and an EBITDA loss of approximately AU$ 5.0 million to AU$ 5.8 million. The decline in performance was primarily due to the temporary shutdown of the U.S. government, which disrupted contract awards, procurement, and revenue recognition, as U.S. customers represent around 75% of global revenue. Despite these challenges, HighCom remains on track with its strategy, particularly through advancements in the XT Clave product line and growth in its Technology business, including Small Uncrewed Aerial Systems (SUAS) and expanded services. With expectations of procurement cycles returning to normal in Q3 FY26, the company anticipates a revenue increase and a material improvement in EBITDA in the second half (H2) of FY26.
