Horizon Minerals Raises AU$175 Million to Fund Black Swan Processing Hub Development.
Horizon Minerals Limited (ASX: HRZ) has successfully raised AU$175 million through an institutional placement and a share purchase plan (SPP) to support the development of its 100% owned Black Swan Processing Hub (BSPH) in Western Australia's Goldfields region. The placement, which received firm commitments from tier-one institutional and high-net-worth investors, will fund the refurbishment and conversion of the BSPH, site infrastructure, open-pit and underground pre-production, exploration, and geology activities. An additional AU$10 million is targeted to be raised through the SPP. The funds will enable Horizon Minerals to establish a strategically valuable regional gold processing facility, enhancing its 1.9 million-ounce resource. The company is well-positioned to continue its development plans, with approvals and shareholder support firmly in place, creating significant value for shareholders as the project advances. The capital raising marks a critical milestone in Horizon’s journey towards unlocking the full potential of the Black Swan hub.
