Lifestyle Communities Limited (ASX: LIC) reported its results for the first half of FY26, showing a decline in profitability amid challenging market conditions. Net debt was reduced by 30% to AU$323.6 million, reflecting the settlement of planned land sales and inventory reduction. The company restructured its debt facilities, offering greater flexibility, and continued its focus on selling through built stock. Dividends were paused, and capital will be retained within the business until market conditions improve.
