Intelligent Monitoring Group Reports Strong FY25 Growth, Warrant Exercise, and Strategic Acquisition.

Intelligent Monitoring Group Limited (ASX: IMB) has released its Appendix 4E and Preliminary Full Year Report for FY25, showcasing robust financial growth. Revenue surged 43.6% to AU$174.9 million, supported by a 9.7% lift in gross margin to AU$51.4 million, while adjusted EBITDA grew 19.3% to AU$38.4 million, highlighting continued operational efficiency. In addition, IMG confirmed the whole exercise of 18.7 million warrants issued in 2023 as part of its historic debt refinancing, with new ordinary shares now issued to lenders.

Strengthening its market position further, IMG announced the acquisition of Western Advance Pty Ltd (WAPL), a leading Western Australian security services provider in the Oil & Gas sector. The AU$4.5 million deal, funded from operational cash flows, is expected to be immediately earnings accretive.
