Liontown Partners with Metalshub to Launch Digital Spodumene Auctions

Liontown Resources Limited (ASX: LTR) has entered a partnership with Metalshub to launch its first spodumene concentrate auction, marking a key milestone in the commercialisation of its Kathleen Valley Lithium Operation. The collaboration aims to digitalise and streamline spot sales through Metalshub’s platform, enhancing price transparency and global market access. Liontown’s first auction, offering 10,000 tonnes of spodumene concentrate, will take place on 19 November 2025. The company’s CEO, Tony Ottaviano, emphasised the importance of transparent and auditable pricing for building a sustainable lithium industry. Powered by about 80% renewable energy, Kathleen Valley began production in July 2024, positioning Liontown as a leading player in the clean energy supply chain. Through technology and strategic partnerships, Liontown continues to drive innovation and efficiency across its lithium operations and global customer base
