Macro Metals Limited (ASX: M4M) has provided an update regarding its AU$4 million strategic placement agreement with Paramount Earthmoving Pty Ltd. As part of the partnership, Paramount had previously completed the first three tranches between December 2024 and February 2025, resulting in total proceeds of AU$3,019,256 to support the development of Macro’s mining services division.
Originally, the fourth and final tranche was to be subscribed by Paramount before 30 June 2025, based on Macro’s working capital needs. However, as the company’s financial position did not require immediate funding, both parties have mutually agreed to extend the deadline for the final tranche. Paramount is now expected to complete Tranche 4 no later than 30 September 2025. This extension reinforces the flexibility and strength of the strategic alliance between Macro and Paramount as they continue to align their interests for long-term growth.
