  • BetMakers shares climbed after securing an exclusive five-year deal with Betfair Australia to supply the complete technology platform for the rollout of CrownBet’s new premium wagering brand.

  • Meanwhile, Vulcan Energy Resources plunged 31.3% following a €398 million ($710 million) capital raise, issuing about 178 million new shares at $4.00 each. The proceeds will support the company’s Phase One Lionheart lithium and renewable energy development.

  • Oil prices moved slightly higher after Ukrainian attacks on Russia’s oil infrastructure signalled potential supply constraints, and stalled peace talks tempered expectations of a deal restoring Russian oil flows to global markets, though weak fundamentals kept gains limited.
