Minbos Resources Limited-Funding Update and Placement Commitments
Minbos Resources Limited (ASX: MNB) has reinforced its financial position with firm commitments of AU$3.36 million through a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors, alongside plans for an additional AU$1 million via a Share Purchase Plan (SPP). The Company’s funding outlook has improved significantly as a top-three Angolan bank progresses debt financing for the Cabinda Phosphate Project to Credit Committee review after successful risk assessment—importantly, without requiring the previously restrictive transformation of its Angolan subsidiary.
The capital raised is designed to support Minbos through key financing and project execution milestones expected in early 2026, while also ensuring strong working-capital flexibility and uninterrupted operational momentum. The placement, priced at AU$0.026 per share with a 1-for-1 free listed option, includes Director participation pending shareholder approval. The SPP, offered on the same terms, will allow eligible retail investors to subscribe for up to AU$30,000 without brokerage fees.
