Nova Minerals Raises US$11.1 million in U.S. Public Offering to Accelerate Estelle Project

Nova Minerals Limited (ASX: NVA) has successfully closed a US$11.1 million public offering on the NASDAQ, issuing 1.2 million American Depository Shares (ADS) at US$9.25 per ADS, with a 1:60 ratio to ordinary shares. At the time of writing, the funds are earmarked to support exploration and resource expansion at the Estelle Gold and Critical Minerals Project in Alaska, along with feasibility studies and general working capital. The new shares were issued under Nova’s existing placement capacity per ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A. ThinkEquity acted as the sole bookrunner. Subject to shareholder approval, additional warrants may be issued to underwriters. The Estelle project spans 514 km² in Alaska’s Tintina Gold Belt and includes multiple prospects across a 35 km corridor, further reinforcing Nova’s critical minerals positioning in North America.
