Omnia Advances Rare Earth and Niobium Exploration at Montana Project
Omnia Metals Group Ltd (ASX: OM1) has identified Beaver Creek as the main exploration focus within its Radix REE and Gallium Sheep Creek Project in Montana, following the completion of a Phase 1 geological study. Historical government records highlighted niobium values reaching up to 0.3%, supporting the project’s potential for rare earth element (REE) and niobium mineralisation.
The project is located within the well-known Montana-Idaho Alkalic Belt and sits near the Sheep Creek region, an area recognised for significant REE and gallium occurrences. Omnia’s review combined geological records, historical mineral data, and stream sediment analysis to refine exploration targets across the district.
The company is now preparing for Phase 2 exploration activities, which will include geological mapping, sediment surveys, and rock-chip sampling. The planned work aims to confirm historical findings, identify mineralised structures, and strengthen the understanding of the project’s broader rare earth and niobium potential.
