Orpheus Uranium Limited (ASX: ORP) has successfully secured AU$4.36 million through a share placement of approximately 70.4 million shares at AU$0.062 per share. The placement, which offers a 2.9% discount to the 15-day volume-weighted average price (VWAP), will fund the exploration of Orpheus’ uranium projects across South Australia, Northern Territory, and Western Australia. The placement has been cornerstone backed by IsoEnergy Ltd., a global leader in uranium exploration, which committed AU$1.5 million, taking a 6.87% stake in the company. This strategic investment is seen as a strong endorsement of Orpheus’ portfolio and progress. The placement will also provide funds for general working capital and further development. Key dates include settlement on 9 February and allotment on 10 February 2026. This funding positions Orpheus for continued exploration success in the growing uranium sector.
