OVT Secures AU$1.08 million in Placement to Strengthen U.S. BNPL Operations

Ovanti Limited (ASX: OVT) has completed a capital raising of approximately AU$1,080,711 through the issue of 786,543,365 new ordinary shares at AU$0.001374 per share to professional and sophisticated investors.

The placement was executed under the Company’s available capacity pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 7.1A. The offer price represents a 15 per cent discount relative to the Company’s 15-day volume-weighted average price.

Funds will be directed toward supporting Ovanti’s U.S. Buy Now Pay Later expansion, including merchant onboarding, strategic partnerships, global operational requirements, legal costs, and general working capital.

Clee Capital arranged the placement and will receive a 6% fee, plus GST, on the funds raised. In addition, 60 million options will be issued to Clee Capital, exercisable at AU$0.003 per share with a three-year term.
