RemSense Enters Australian Gas Infrastructure Market with AGIG Partnership

RemSense Technologies Limited (ASX: REM) has secured a pilot project with the Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG), marking a strategic expansion into Australia’s gas transmission and distribution sector. The project involves deploying virtualplant, RemSense’s proprietary 3D digital asset visualisation platform, to create a high-resolution digital twin of AGIG’s assets. This technology aims to improve asset visibility, enhance operational safety, and reduce the need for on-site inspections. The pilot’s success could lead to a full-scale rollout across the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline, covering key facilities and offering substantial commercial potential. Although the pilot’s financial value is modest, it serves as a crucial stepping stone for expanding future commercial opportunities.
