RocketBoots Limited (ASX: ROC) has secured firm commitments to raise AU$7 million through a placement of 28 million shares at AU$0.25 per share. The placement, which attracted strong interest from new and existing investors, including four new institutional backers, will support the company’s international expansion and working capital needs as it scales to meet current and future customer demands. CEO Joel Rappolt highlighted the positive impact of a recent transformational contract with a global retailer, which positions RocketBoots to accelerate its global enterprise pipeline.
