Patriot Resources Limited (ASX: PAT) has reported encouraging silver and gold trench assay results from Phase 1 trenching at Target B1 within its 80%-owned Kitumba 27715 Project in Zambia. These new Ag–Au results complement previously announced strong copper, zinc, and lead geochemistry, reinforcing the interpretation of Target B1 as a near-surface, strata-bound polymetallic system. Key trench intersections include broad mineralised zones with copper-equivalent grades of up to 0.33%, underpinned by consistent silver enrichment and local gold credits. Geophysical data further supports the exploration model, with multiple high-chargeability induced polarisation anomalies extending to approximately 100 metres depth and coincident with low magnetic and high resistivity responses. Earlier surveys have doubled the strike length of the main mineralised zone and identified additional parallel structures, materially enhancing scale potential. Ongoing high-resolution ground geophysics and planned Phase 2 trenching aim to refine priority drill targets and advance the project toward systematic drilling.
