StepChange Holdings Limited (ASX: STH) has entered a binding agreement to acquire BroadReach Group Pty Ltd, a leading ICT advisory firm based in Perth. This acquisition expands StepChange’s strategic capabilities in enterprise architecture, ICT strategy, and digital transformation, with BroadReach contributing around 40 senior consultants and long-standing relationships with government agencies. The deal, valued at AU$2.5 million upfront, offers significant cross-sell opportunities across sectors like cloud migration and ERP transformation. BroadReach’s FY25 revenue stands at AU$8.96 million, with an EBITDA of AU$0.86 million. The acquisition aligns with StepChange’s strategy to enhance its service offerings and expand its presence in large-scale digital programs, particularly in the public sector. With a strong client base and extensive experience, BroadReach strengthens StepChange’s ability to lead comprehensive digital transformation initiatives across various industries.
