Titan Minerals Delivers Transformational Quarter at Dynasty with Strategic Lingbao Investment
Titan Minerals Limited (ASX: TTM) delivered a transformational December 2025 quarter, highlighted by a strategic US$ 10 million equity investment from Lingbao Gold International Company Ltd, which acquired approximately 9.9% of Titan’s issued capital at a premium to market. The investment strengthens Titan’s balance sheet and provides access to Lingbao’s technical expertise as the Dynasty Gold Project in Ecuador advances toward a Mineral Resource update in early Q1 2026. Extensive resource drilling at Dynasty defined wide zones of porphyry-hosted gold-silver ± copper mineralisation, which are expected to materially enhance project scale and improve potential mining economics. Drilling also extended mineralisation along strike and at depth at the Cerro Verde prospect, while infill drilling supported resource classification upgrades. At the Linderos Copper Project, joint venture partner Hanrine progressed deep diamond drilling, identifying a substantial porphyry system that remains open along strike and at depth.
