Vection Expands APAC Presence with Strategic Monogic Acquisition
Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX: VR1) has signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Monogic Limited, a Hong Kong– and Singapore-based digital marketing and brand experience agency specialising in the F&B, hospitality, property, utilities, and lifestyle sectors.
The deal enhances Vection’s AI and XR product integration, creating cross-selling opportunities across Asia-Pacific and expanding access to blue-chip clients such as Henderson Land Development, Marriott International, and Towngas.
The transaction, valued at approximately AU$976,000 (plus a performance earn-out of up to AU$628,000), represents only 1.1–1.8% dilution, making it one of Vection’s most capital-efficient acquisitions. Monogic contributed AU$1.8 million in revenue and AU$275,000 EBITDA in FY2025.
Managing Director Gianmarco Biagi said the acquisition strengthens Vection’s regional footprint and aligns with its strategy to merge technology, creativity, and data into immersive customer experiences.
