Xenora Minerals Secures AU$2.1 million to Advance Exploration

Xenora Minerals Limited (ASX: XRA) has successfully raised AU$2.1 million through a two-tranche placement supported by sophisticated investors and company directors. Shares were issued at AU$0.16 each, representing a modest 3% discount to the last traded price. The placement included AU$2.025 million from investors and an additional AU$75,000 commitment from directors, subject to shareholder approval.

Tranche 1, worth AU$1.87 million, will settle on 10 October 2025 under the company’s existing placement capacity, while Tranche 2, requiring shareholder approval at the November AGM, will contribute a further AU$232,742. Post-raising, Xenora will hold around AU$3 million in cash with 59.8 million shares on issue. Funds will be directed toward exploration activities at the Dudley Lithium Project in South Australia, assessment of new opportunities, and working capital. The board’s participation underlines confidence in the company’s strategy. Canaccord Genuity (Australia) served as the lead manager for the capital raise.
