High-Tech Metals Limited (ASX: HTM) has successfully completed its previously announced capital raise, securing $2.5 million before costs to support its upcoming exploration and operational programs.

Placement Finalised Following Shareholder Approval

The company confirmed the completion of the second tranche of its placement, issuing 3,333,333 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.15 per share to raise an additional $500,000. This final allotment follows shareholder approval received during the general meeting held on April 28, 2025.

In addition to the share issue, High-Tech Metals has granted 1,666,666 options, exercisable at $0.25 each, expiring on January 19, 2026. These options were attached on a 1:2 basis to shares issued under the placement.

Capital to Advance Exploration Programs

The total funds raised through the placement will be directed towards accelerating exploration across High-Tech Metals’ project portfolio. The company has earmarked the proceeds for upcoming drilling campaigns, heritage surveys, and general working capital to support its growth strategy.

The placement was led by Taurus Capital, which has been issued 15 million options as consideration for managing the transaction.
