Ventia Wins AU$100 million Sydney Facilities Deal Extension

Ventia Services Group Ltd (ASX: VNT), a top infrastructure services provider across Australia and New Zealand, has been awarded a two-year renewal of its facilities management contract with the City of Sydney. Valued at approximately AU$100 million, the contract will run from January 2026 to January 2028. Ventia has been managing 251 City-owned assets since 2018, including heritage landmarks such as Sydney Town Hall and Customs House. The company delivers a full range of services, including facility integration, upkeep, cleaning, project delivery, and long-term asset management.

The partnership highlights the City’s trust in Ventia’s data-driven, innovative approach to asset management, aimed at enhancing efficiency and delivering long-term value. Employing more than 35,000 people at over 400 locations, Ventia strives to set new benchmarks in service delivery across sectors such as defence, community infrastructure, utilities, energy, resources, telecommunications, and transport.
