TZ Limited Strengthens Board, Secures Nura Space Deal and Extra Funding

TZ Limited (ASX: TZL) has appointed Antonino Schiavello, Co-Founder of Nura Space, as a Non-Executive Director, effective 11 September 2025. Schiavello brings expertise in scaling technology businesses, IoT-enabled workplace solutions, and enterprise software, aligning with TZ’s strategy in smart systems and connected enterprise solutions. Alongside his appointment, TZ and Nura Space have signed an in-principle agreement for the supply of TZ technology to support Nura Space’s workplace management platforms across Australia and international markets.

Final terms, including exclusivity, are being negotiated. In addition, TZ has secured a $750,000 bridging loan from Causeway Finance, extending its credit facility to support product delivery to Microsoft, with repayment due by 31 December 2025. The company continues to expand its intelligent hardware and SaaS platforms globally, positioning itself to drive growth in secure, data-driven workplace and parcel management solutions.
