Arbitr Group Outlines Capital Raising Strategy
Arbitr Group Limited (ASX: AGT) reported on November 4, 2026, that it had proposed a capital raising of approximately AU$4.86 million before costs. The funding plan includes a fully underwritten rights issue worth AU$3.86 million and a separate AU$1 million placement, subject to shareholder approval. The proceeds are intended to support the company's organizational transformation, sales growth and working capital requirements. Under the proposed rights issue, eligible shareholders will be offered three new shares for every five shares held as of November 16, 2026. The offer price is set at AU$0.10 per share, with approximately AU$3.86 million expected to be raised.
The separate AU$1 million placement involves issuing 10 million shares to Oquirrh Ventures Special Opportunities II, LLC, an entity associated with director Ronald Heinz. Completion of the placement is subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting expected to take place in December 2026. The rights issue has received a full underwriting commitment from Taurus Capital Group Pty Ltd. Existing shareholder Scobie Ward has also agreed to take up his full entitlement and act as a sub-underwriter.
Where the Funds Will Be Directed
Arbitr plans to use the proceeds to support its transition towards an enterprise AI platform business. The proposed organizational changes are expected to generate approximately AU$2 million in annualized recurring operating cost savings, subject to employee consultation and successful implementation.
The transformation is expected to begin in December 2026, with efficiency improvements planned across engineering, managed services, corporate and support functions.

The technology will build on Cortex, Arbitr's existing repository of verified customer-specific knowledge, and extend its capabilities beyond the company's platform. Arbitr plans to generate revenue through platform subscriptions, intelligence credits and trust credits, creating opportunities for recurring and consumption-based revenue.
