Deep Yellow Limited (ASX: DYL) has officially announced that Mr. Greg Field will begin his role as Managing Director and CEO.
Mr. Field’s extensive leadership experience will support critical decisions for the Tumas Project and the company’s broader portfolio.
Craig Barnes, who has been serving as Acting CEO, will return to his role as CFO once Mr. Field takes over.

Deep Yellow Limited (ASX: DYL) has officially announced the date Mr. Greg Field will assume the role of Managing Director and CEO. Following the announcement on 2 December 2025, the company is pleased to state that Mr. Field will begin his role on 2 February 2026.
Chris Salisbury, Executive Chair of Deep Yellow, commented: "We are delighted to welcome Greg and look forward to his leadership as we move toward pivotal decisions for our Tumas Project and other important developments in our portfolio."
He also acknowledged the contributions of Mr. Craig Barnes, who has served as Acting CEO during the leadership transition period. Mr. Barnes will revert to his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) once Mr. Field officially assumes his responsibilities.
Strategic Growth and Future Plans
The company is advancing a growth strategy centered on two key pillars, with the goal of becoming a globally diversified leader in uranium production. Deep Yellow aims to produce more than 10 million pounds of uranium annually, with its major projects located at Tumas in Namibia and Mulga Rock in Western Australia.
The company’s growth is supported by a highly prospective exploration portfolio, including Alligator River in the Northern Territory and Omahola in Namibia. Deep Yellow is also pursuing potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A) opportunities to enhance its strategy further.
