Dateline Resources Completes AU$50 Million Institutional Placement
Dateline Resources Limited (ASX: DTR) has successfully completed a AU$50 million institutional placement to leading institutional investors. The placement, executed under ASX Listing Rule 7.1, saw the issuance of 125 million new ordinary shares at AU$0.40 per share, representing approximately 3.3% of the company’s enlarged share capital. The funds raised will significantly strengthen Dateline’s balance sheet, increasing cash holdings to AU$96 million.
The funds will support the company’s continued project development, including advancing its Colosseum Gold-REE Project in California, USA. The placement also positions Dateline for future project financing and allows it to proceed with site development works, procure key processing infrastructure, and expand exploration activities at Colosseum and Music Valley projects. The Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) for Colosseum is set for completion by April 2026.
