Adheris Health Reports 423.9% Increase in Profit for 1H FY26

Adheris Health Limited, formerly MedAdvisor Limited, (ASX: AHE), announced a remarkable 423.9% increase in profit for the half-year ended 31 December 2025, reaching AU$7.35 million compared to AU$1.4 million in 1H FY25. Revenue from continuing operations declined by 49% to AU$23.35 million, driven largely by the sale of the Group’s Australian and New Zealand operations in July 2025.

The profit includes a substantial gain of AU$17.48 million from divesting a subsidiary. Earnings per share rose to 1.17 cents, compared to 0.25 cents in the prior year’s period. As of 31 December 2025, the Group held AU$8.09 million in cash. No dividends were issued during the period. The company also highlighted the completion of its rebranding, with the new name Adheris Health Limited and ASX code AHE effective from December 2025.
