WAM Alternative Assets Limited FY2025 Half-Year Results.

WAM Alternative Assets Limited (ASX: WMA) delivered a solid performance, posting a 32.6% increase in revenue to AU$11.13 million. Profit before tax rose by 42.3% to AU$9.38 million, while net profit after tax grew by 40.0%, reaching AU$6.47 million. The company’s investment portfolio saw a 4.9% increase, contributing to overall positive results. The net tangible asset (NTA) per share declined slightly to AU$1.16, down from AU$1.17, after factoring in a 3.0-cent fully franked dividend. 

The board announced a higher interim dividend of 3.0 cents per share, partially franked at 60%, with payment scheduled for April 29, 2026. The period’s performance also benefited from capital deployments in private equity and real estate, leading to a 10.8% total shareholder return.
