AIS Resources Finalises Acquisition of Yalgogrin Gold Project in NSW

AIS Resources Limited (ASX: AIS) has completed the acquisition of the Yalgogrin Gold Project in New South Wales, securing a 100% interest in the tenement from Larvotto Resources. The project covers over 56 km² of gold-prospective terrain within a well-established mining jurisdiction. AIS has already conducted multiple drilling programs across the project, with strong historical results including 10m @ 3.2 g/t Au and 7m @ 2.8 g/t Au, confirming shallow, high-grade mineralisation at key prospects like Asia Wyalong and Castor. The company believes Yalgogrin has near-term development potential and plans to advance exploration through further geophysics, mapping, and resource expansion drilling. This acquisition aligns with AIS’s strategy to build a robust gold asset portfolio in Australia’s proven gold belts. The company is also progressing work at its Bright and Kingston projects, maintaining a focused approach to near-surface, high-grade gold opportunities.
