EQ Resources Appoints Craig Bradshaw as Managing Director

EQ Resources Limited (ASX: EQR) announced the appointment of industry veteran Craig Bradshaw as Managing Director, effective 1 October 2025. Mr Bradshaw, who joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 1 May 2025, brings extensive global tungsten expertise, having previously served as CEO of Masan High-Tech Materials in Vietnam and as Managing Director of H.C. Starck Tungsten Powders GmbH, a major global producer later acquired by Mitsubishi Materials Group.

His career spans senior roles with Mt Isa Mines, MMG Limited, and Toll Holdings. Holding a Business Degree, CPA qualification, and memberships with FINSIA and AusIMM, Mr Bradshaw combines financial and operational acumen. Executive Chairman Oliver Kleinhempel welcomed the appointment, noting Bradshaw’s strategic vision and leadership will support EQR’s growth as the largest independent tungsten producer outside China. Bradshaw emphasised his commitment to building a globally significant tungsten supplier, highlighting both opportunities and challenges ahead.
