Alligator Energy (ASX: AGE) has completed the divestment of its entire uranium exploration package within the Alligator Rivers Uranium Province (ARUP) in the Northern Territory, transferring the full tenure to DevEx Resources. The move consolidates more than 9,200km² of high-potential uranium ground into a single, district-scale holding under DevEx, including historically significant corridors such as Nabarlek North, U40, Angularli, and Tin Camp Creek. These areas host notable past discoveries, including the Caramal deposit with 6.5 million pounds at 0.31% U₃O₈.
For Alligator Energy, the divestment represents a strategic shift toward sharpening its focus on more advanced-stage assets, including the flagship Samphire Uranium Project in South Australia. By reallocating capital and management resources, the company aims to accelerate development activities, strengthen its project pipeline, and position itself to respond efficiently to improving uranium market dynamics.
