ARN Media Terminates Key Talent Contract Following Misconduct Concerns

ARN Media Limited (ASX: A1N) has terminated its contractual agreement with Mr Kyle Sandilands and Quasar Media Services Pty Ltd, resulting in the discontinuation of the popular Kyle and Jackie O show. The decision follows an earlier notice issued in March 2026, where the company identified Mr Sandilands’ conduct during a February 2026 broadcast as serious misconduct and a breach of contractual obligations.

The company had provided a 14-day period for the issue to be addressed. However, after the lapse of this period without an adequate resolution, ARN proceeded with the termination.

This action highlights ARN Media’s emphasis on maintaining professional standards and enforcing contractual accountability. The Board-authorised decision signals a notable shift in the company’s programming strategy while reinforcing its commitment to governance and ethical broadcasting practices.
