Assetora Secures AU$2 Million Investment to Accelerate Growth

Assetora Limited (ASX: AOH) has secured a AU$2 million investment through a private placement with CardioLink Pty Ltd, marking a strong vote of confidence in the company’s growth strategy. The placement involves the issue of 14,285,714 fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.14 per share, along with two attaching options per share exercisable at the higher of AU$0.14 or 80% of the 30-day VWAP within 18 months.

The funds will support platform expansion, product development, and distribution initiatives, following a period of strong momentum across Assetora’s alternative investment platform.

Chairman Giuseppe Porcelli said the investment represents a clear endorsement of Assetora’s business roadmap and will enable the company to accelerate delivery and create greater value for both investors and partners. Settlement of the placement is expected within seven business days.
