Toubani Resources Appoints Ausenco as EPCM Engineer for Kobada Gold Project.

Toubani Resources Limited (ASX: TRE) has appointed Ausenco Services Pty Ltd as the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) contractor for its flagship Kobada Gold Project in southern Mali. This milestone follows the company’s recent funding package and marks its transition from feasibility to execution. Ausenco will oversee detailed engineering, procurement, construction management, and commissioning of the processing plant, leveraging its proven track record in delivering large-scale gold and base metal projects globally.

The Kobada Project, with reserves of 1.56 million ounces and expected annual production of 162,000 ounces over 9.2 years, is designed as a low-cost, long-life operation. With an initial capital expenditure of US$216 million and all-in-sustaining cost of US$1,175 per ounce, the project remains economically robust. Toubani aims to achieve key milestones, including detailed design commencement and procurement planning, ahead of its Final Investment Decision.
