QRI Unveils Monthly Payout for May 2026 Investment Period
Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX: QRI) has announced its monthly distribution for the period ending 31 May 2026, continuing its focus on delivering regular income to investors. The fund declared a distribution of AUD 0.010668 per unit, with the ex-distribution date set for 3 June 2026, followed by a record date of 4 June 2026 and a payment date of 15 June 2026.
The distribution will be paid under the fund’s existing Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), allowing eligible investors to reinvest distributions into additional units. The reinvestment price will be determined using the lower of the latest published weekly net tangible asset value and the average market purchase price of units acquired under the DRP. The announcement reflects the fund’s ongoing commitment to providing consistent income streams to unitholders while maintaining flexibility through its reinvestment program.
