Australian Unity Appoints Kelly Bayer Rosmarin as Next Group Managing Director & CEO.

Australian Unity Limited (ASX: AYU) has announced the appointment of Ms Kelly Bayer Rosmarin as its next Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective 15 December 2025. She will succeed Mr Rohan Mead, who is retiring after an impactful 21-year tenure. A transition period will begin on 5 November 2025 to ensure a smooth handover.

Selected after a comprehensive internal and external process, Ms Bayer Rosmarin brings extensive leadership experience across top organisations including Optus, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Boston Consulting Group, and REA Group. Known for leading large-scale transformations and digital innovations, she has consistently delivered strong business outcomes while fostering growth.
