Bailador Realises AU$25 million from SiteMinder, Retains Majority Holding

Bailador Technology Investments Limited (ASX: BTI) has announced a partial realisation of its investment in SiteMinder (ASX: SDR), completing an AU$25.0 million cash transaction while retaining 75% of its stake. The sale was executed at an average price of AU$7.21 per share, representing a 4.3% premium to Bailador’s previous carrying value. This realisation delivers an impressive effective IRR of 36.9% and a 29.4x multiple on Bailador’s original investment.

Despite the divestment, SiteMinder remains Bailador’s largest holding, underscoring the company’s continued confidence in the business. The transaction provides portfolio rebalancing while freeing capital for new investments. Bailador Co-Founder and Managing Partner Paul Wilson, who continues to serve on SiteMinder’s Board, reaffirmed the fund’s commitment to the company, highlighting SiteMinder’s global growth potential, strong technology platform, and capable leadership team as drivers of long-term shareholder value.
