Ballymore Advances Exploration with Strategic Capital Raising
Ballymore Resources Limited (ASX: BMR) has announced a capital raising of up to AU$4.7 million to accelerate exploration across its North Queensland portfolio. The funding includes an AU$3.25 million 1-for-8 entitlement offer at AU$0.125 per share, alongside a potential AU$1.5 million placement and attaching options exercisable at AU$0.22.
The proceeds will support drilling and development at key projects, particularly Dittmer and Ruddygore. At Dittmer, around 3,000 metres of drilling is planned in Q2 2026, with a maiden resource targeted in Q3 2026. The project has demonstrated strong potential, with mineralisation extending over 5 kilometres and high-grade results including assays of up to 807.7 g/t gold.
At Ruddygore, the Torpy’s prospect has confirmed high-grade silver-lead-zinc mineralisation, including intersections such as 10 metres at 483.2 g/t silver and 19.35% lead. Overall, the funding enhances Ballymore’s ability to advance multiple exploration targets and support long-term resource growth.
