Navigator Global Investments Advances US$195 Million Acquisition to Scale AUM and Earnings Profile
Navigator Global Investments (ASX: NGI) is progressing a transformational acquisition of a diversified portfolio of net revenue share interests in 17 alternative asset managers, valued at US$195 million. The transaction is being funded through a combination of approximately AU$145 million raised via an entitlement offer and AU$136 million in scrip consideration, alongside a strategic partnership with Stable Asset Management. The acquired portfolio will form the newly established NGI Stable Growth Portfolio, delivering immediate scale and diversification benefits across asset classes, strategies, and investor base. Pro forma metrics highlight a significant uplift in NGI’s financial profile, with ownership-adjusted AUM reaching approximately US$33.4 billion and improved earnings visibility supported by recurring revenue streams.
Strategically, the partnership with Stable ensures continuity in portfolio management, with Stable managing and monitoring the assets under a long-term agreement, reinforcing operational expertise and value creation. The transaction is expected to be earnings accretive in the first full year, enhancing NGI’s growth trajectory, profitability, and cash flow generation, while also increasing debt capacity and strengthening its position within the alternative asset management ecosystem.
