Bryah Resources Acquires High-Grade Canadian Gold Project.

Bryah Resources Limited (ASX: BYH) has exercised its option to acquire 100% of the Golden Pike Gold Project in New Brunswick, Canada, from Globex Mining Enterprises. The acquisition follows a detailed technical, legal, and commercial due diligence process. The project includes a NI 43-101 foreign resource estimate of 214,800 tonnes at an average grade of 9.60 g/t Au, containing 66,300 ounces of inferred gold resources. Bryah will pay CAD $280,000 in a mix of cash and shares for the acquisition.

The Golden Pike project, with significant gold and antimony potential, is expected to deliver long-term value, supported by robust commodity prices. This move also expands Bryah’s portfolio, which already includes highly prospective assets in Western Australia focused on manganese, battery metals, copper, nickel, and gold. The company sees this acquisition as a strategic step toward international diversification and enhanced shareholder value through future exploration and development.
