Caprice Resources Ltd (ASX: CRS) has delivered outstanding results from Phase 2 drilling at its Island Gold Project in Western Australia. The program uncovered thick, shallow, and high-grade gold mineralisation at multiple prospects, particularly at Vadrians, where drilling confirmed 250 metres of strike with hits including 11m at 6.7g/t and 20m at 1.5g/t gold. A new discovery 250m south of Vadrians returned 22m at 2.3g/t, highlighting untapped potential. Additional success came from Baxter, with intercepts such as 10m at 3.0g/t and 20m at 1.0g/t gold. The Island Gold Project spans a five-kilometre corridor of banded iron formations, known to host gold across the prolific Murchison Goldfields. With a Phase 3 5,000m drilling campaign planned for Q2 2025 and new tenement applications doubling the project's footprint, Caprice is positioned to define a significant maiden gold resource while remaining well-funded for future exploration.
