InteliCare Secures AU$2.05 Million Placement to Accelerate Commercial Expansion in Aged Care Sector
InteliCare Holdings Limited (ASX: ICR) has secured firm commitments to raise approximately AU$2.05 million through a placement to sophisticated and professional investors, strengthening its balance sheet as the Company enters a commercial scale-up phase. The capital raising involves the issue of 93 million new shares at AU$0.022 per share, with proceeds allocated toward expanding deployment opportunities and supporting working capital requirements.
The funding follows a period of strong commercial momentum, including a five-year agreement with mecwacare valued at approximately AU$8.8 million upon full rollout across 22 aged care facilities. InteliCare also continues deployment activities with Hardi Aged Care and recently completed its first rollout within the retirement village segment through Warrigal. Management highlighted that the Company is transitioning into a growth-focused operational phase, supported by increasing revenue visibility and expanding adoption of its AI-powered aged care platform designed to improve monitoring, compliance, and operational efficiency across the healthcare sector.
