Catalyst Metals Strengthens Liquidity with AU$100 million Credit Facility

Catalyst Metals Limited (ASX: CYL) has secured a three-year AU$100 million revolving credit facility (RCF) with Westpac, NAB, and Societe Generale, enhancing its financial flexibility without immediate plans to draw on the funds. Complementing a recent AU$150 million institutional placement and strong cash reserves, this undrawn facility bolsters the company's balance sheet and fosters strategic ties with Tier 1 financiers. At the heart of Catalyst’s portfolio lies the Plutonic Gold Belt in Western Australia, where its key asset—the Plutonic Gold Mine—produces around 85,000 ounces of gold annually. The company plans to commission three new mining zones over the next 12–18 months with minimal capital expenditure (AU$31 million), leveraging its existing underutilized processing plant. Catalyst also controls over 75km of highly prospective territory near the historic Bendigo goldfield, with high-grade discoveries ongoing. With no current debt and AU$230 million in cash and bullion, Catalyst is positioned strongly to execute its multi-mine growth strategy
