ClearVue Expands into India Through Strategic Manufacturing Partnership with Aria Holding
ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX: CPV) has entered the rapidly expanding Indian market through a Manufacturing and Distribution Agreement with Aria Glass Industries Private Limited, a subsidiary of Qatar-based Aria Holding. The agreement establishes dedicated Indian manufacturing and distribution capability for ClearVue’s proprietary building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) solar glazing products, significantly strengthening the Company’s global commercial footprint.
The partnership builds on ClearVue’s existing relationship with Alutec, another Aria Holding portfolio company, and is supported by Aria Holding’s substantial US$240.5 million commitment toward a new float glass manufacturing facility in Maharashtra, India. Under the agreement, Aria will manufacture ClearVue’s products locally while distributing them across India and international markets on a non-exclusive basis.
Management highlighted that India’s construction industry, valued at more than US$1 trillion in 2025, presents significant growth opportunities as renewable energy targets and sustainable building initiatives accelerate demand for integrated solar façade technologies. ClearVue noted that local manufacturing capability improves competitiveness while positioning the Company to participate in large-scale commercial and infrastructure developments across the region.
