Culpeo Raises AU$3.02 Million to Launch Maiden Drilling at High-Grade Copper Zones in Chile

Culpeo Minerals Limited (ASX: CPO) has secured firm commitments to raise approximately AU$3.02 million through a two-tranche placement at AU$0.01 per share. The funds will primarily support maiden drilling at the Vista Montana prospect and follow-up drilling at the Lana Corina copper discovery in Chile, where previous results included 454m at 0.93% CuEq. Additional drilling is also planned at the La Florida porphyry target within the Fortuna Project.

The placement attracted strong support from new and existing investors and includes one free unlisted option for every two shares, exercisable at AU$0.0175 for three years. Culpeo also plans initial exploration at its Jupiter Project and will allocate proceeds to corporate and working capital needs. Joint Lead Managers Unified Capital Partners and Euroz Hartleys will receive broker options. Site preparations are underway, with drilling expected to begin next month, marking a significant step in Culpeo’s copper exploration efforts.
